Order/Return Policies
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order and date reservation. The remaining balance will be due at pickup. All payments are final, due to the perishable nature of the products! Accepted payment forms are Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle and on the website at bellsbakeryva.com.
All available dates are first come first serve and are secured by submission of payment. If you inquire about an order and do not submit payment within 24 hours your reservation may be lost and need to be rescheduled.
All orders must be picked up at the agreed time. Late pickups may result in the order being held or discarded if not arranged in advance.
Bell's Bakery is not responsible for items left in vehicles or improperly stored after pickup.
In the rare event of illness or severe weather that prevents pickup, I will work with you to reschedule if possible. Refunds are still not available.
Changes to orders (flavors, quantities, pickup time) must be requested at least 3 days before pickup. Last-minute changes cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the pickup date. Deposits are non-refundable. Orders cancelled with less than 7 days' notice are still due in full.
Please allow at least 7–10 days notice for most orders. Rush orders may be available with an additional fee and are subject to availability.
Bell’s Bakery is not responsible for any allergic reactions or illness resulting from consumption of these products. I do not have a dedicated allergen(wheat, gluten, nuts, eggs, soy, dairy etc.) free kitchen.
By placing an order you grant permission for Bell's Bakery to photograph the process and finished products for portfolio and social media use( faces and personal information will never be shown without permission. Please let me know if you do not want your order to be photographed or shown on social media at all.)
A lot of planning, time, effort and love goes into every order so please respect my policies and time.
